Triton comes from Greek mythology , where he is known as a powerful sea god and the son of Poseidon and Amphitrite. Traditionally depicted with the upper body of a man and the tail of a fish, Triton was closely associated with the sea and was often shown carrying a conch shell that he could blow like a trumpet to calm or stir the waves. His distinctive half-human, half-sea-creature appearance became an enduring symbol of ancient maritime mythology. About the Model This model stands approximately 5 cm (50 mm) tall and was created as a tribute to the classic Monster in My Pocket collectible figures. The model captures Triton in his distinctive monstrous form, with a powerful humanoid upper body, wild hair and beard, outstretched muscular arms, large clenched hands, and a long scaled fish tail curling beneath him — preserving the nostalgic appearance of the original miniature while making it suitable for modern 3D printing.
