Magnetic Pencil Holder

Boost Me Boost me so I can keep making awesome models! Every boost helps me keep creating! I used Shapr3D to create this model, and it was definitely a bit of a struggle! This was my first time making a 3D model with Shapr3D, and the design itself was also a little tricky to figure out. After getting some feedback, I’m currently redesigning the model and making some improvements. I’ll post the updated version in a separate post once it’s finished. Magnetic Design To make this model magnetic, I used 5 magnets from Amazon. The magnets I used are 10x2mm. Also I printed this print using PLA Pure and it was my first time using it. I would rrecomend doing it is just normal PLA though because the print wasn't as good with PLA pure. One thing to note: when installing the magnets, I recommend putting a small amount of super glue underneath them to help keep them securely attached to the print. You don't necessarily have to use glue, but without it, there is a chance that a magnet could come out when you pull the holder off of a magnetic surface.
