A DIY electrical mounting solution designed and test-fitted on a 240Z . This setup provides a clean way to mount a fuse panel, MIDI fuse/holder, and battery shutoff switch in the engine bay without drilling new mounting holes. The assembly fits in the space between the inner fender and existing mounting lip , helping keep upgraded electrical components organized and accessible while avoiding permanent modification to the body. The Battery disconnect utilizes the existing round hole near the battery. The download includes a DXF for the 1/16" sheet-metal mounting bracket . A printable version of the sheet-metal piece is also included so you can test fit the design before having the metal part made, or use it as a reference/template for DIY bending and fabrication. Designed and tested on a 240Z . It may also work with 260Z and 280Z models , but those applications have not been confirmed.
