The integrated hinge and side latch let you open the organizer around your cables, while built-in connectors let you stack different sizes together. Change the opening width, opening height and body thickness to suit your setup. The stack connectors stay in fixed positions relative to the center divider, keeping different sizes aligned. CUSTOMIZE YOUR SIZE Opening width: 16–60 mm · Default: 20 mm Opening height: 8–40 mm · Default: 10 mm Body thickness: 12–30 mm · Default: 15 mm Both openings share the same width and height. Opening dimensions are measured between the straight wall boundaries; the corners are rounded. Body thickness is the front-to-back depth of the clip, not its wall thickness. Choose dimensions that leave room for your cables without pinching them. Use the model’s three size parameters rather than changing the overall scale in your slicer, which would also change the hinge clearances and connector size. PRINTING The print file is supplied with the clip 20° open. Keep both bodies together in their supplied positions and print on the flat face. Do not auto-arrange the two bodies separately. HOW TO USE 1. Let the print cool, then gently free the hinge. Do not force a joint that is fused shut. 2. Open the clip, place your cable bundles in the two compartments and close the side latch. 3. Use the side release tab to help disengage the latch when reopening. 4. To stack clips, align the center dividers and the two stacking connectors before pressing them together.
