Airvent for Campervan (51mm Diameter)

Airvent for Campervan (TÜV-compliant) 🚐 The Problem Every camper conversion needs proper ventilation and in Germany, a forced air vent (Zwangsbelüftung) is often required to pass TÜV inspection. This one did. 💡 The Solution This vent is designed for a clean, low-profile installation directly into your camper floor or wall. With an outer diameter of 50.8 mm, it fits perfectly into a hole cut with a standard 51 mm hole saw. Designed for walls ≤ 5mm thickness. The design consists of two parts: Interior part: visible inside the camper, with a grille for dirt protection Exterior part : mounted underneath the vehicle, also grilled to keep dirt and debris out Both halves are glued together with sealant adhesive for a fully weatherproof bond. ⚠️ Important: Install the exterior part so its opening faces away from the direction of travel. This prevents wind and water from being forced into the vent while driving. Field-tested over several thousand kilometers with zero damage or leaks. 🔧 Assembly Cut a 51 mm hole in the camper floor/wall using a hole saw (designed for walls ≤ 5mm thickness) Insert the interior part from inside Attach the exterior part from underneath, opening facing away from direction of travel Glue both halves together with sealant adhesive Let cure fully before driving
