🦭 IKEA LILLVIKEN Sink Stopper Replacement Seal Is your IKEA LILLVIKEN sink no longer holding water? Don't replace the whole strain plug mechanism! This is a 1:1 functional replacement seal designed to restore a perfect, leak-free suction to your kitchen sink. Over time, the original IKEA rubber seals degrade, warp, or get slimy. This 3D-printed alternative drops right into place and saves you a trip to the Swedish maze. 🛠️ Printing Recommendations ⚠️ Important Material Note: It is NOT recommended to print this in PLA or PETG. It requires a flexible material to create a proper watertight seal. Material: TPU (95A or softer) is highly recommended for the necessary flexibility and water resistance. Layer Height: 0.15mm or 0.20mm (lower layer heights provide a smoother surface finish for a better seal). Infill: 100% (solid infill prevents water from getting trapped inside the model). Perimeters/Walls: 3 or 4 Supports: Required. 🔧 Installation Instructions Unscrew or pop off the old, degraded rubber seal from your LILLVIKEN stopper. Clean the plastic stopper thoroughly to ensure no debris interferes with the new seal. Stretch the newly printed TPU seal into the groove, ensuring the orientation matches the original (tapered side facing down/up depending on your specific LILLVIKEN generation). Drop it back in the sink and test the seal! 🙌 Feedback & Makes If this saved your kitchen sink, please consider uploading a Make and leaving a 5-star rating! It helps others find the model and keeps the filament flowing. Disclaimer: This is an independent replacement part and is not officially affiliated with IKEA.
