THIS IS A WIP!! I have printed and tested the fit of everything but the voltmeter, it fit where I originally put it but I have since moved it and am not home for awhile to test print it. This is my version of what others are calling the starlink Mini Starsled. This can be wired identically to the way the other starlink mini battery sleds are wired. It uses the same components and concept just built for 21700 batteries. I am working on another version that will have USB C PD power. The other starsled model it looks like people wanted a lid for the batteries I may try and add that later once I get the basic model complete. This is setup to use heat set threaded inserts M3(4.2mm wide by 4mm deep). To make this I took the starlink mini STEP model you can get directly from spacex and then created a mold from the back cavity. once I got a mold of what that negative space I made a shell. You may see on each side there is some odd artifacts left from the shell command, hopefully I can clean those up in the V2.
