FRS / GMRS Channel Frequency Card โ€“ Wallet Size

A credit-card-sized reference card with all 22 FRS/GMRS channel frequencies, so you always know what channel your Baofeng, Midland, or other radio is actually on. What's on it Channels 1โ€“22 with their frequencies in MHz, in two columns (1โ€“11 left, 12โ€“22 right) Ch 1โ€“7: 462.5625โ€“462.7125 (FRS/GMRS shared, 2 W FRS / 5 W GMRS) Ch 8โ€“14: 467.5625โ€“467.7125 (FRS/GMRS shared, 0.5 W limit) Ch 15โ€“22: 462.5500โ€“462.7250 (FRS 2 W / GMRS up to 50 W, repeater outputs) Back side: "FRS/GMRS โ€“ Channel Frequencies" inlaid flush into the bottom face Monospaced Courier New text so the columns line up Size 85.6 ร— 54 ร— 0.8 mm โ€” the ISO ID-1 footprint, so it slides into any wallet card slot next to your driver's license. Printing Sliced for the Bambu Lab A1 mini with the 0.2 mm nozzle , 0.10 mm Standard profile, no supports, auto brim, textured PEI plate. Two colors: card body on filament 2 (shown in blue), text on filament 1 (black). Swap colors to taste โ€” a light card with dark text reads best. The top text is a 0.4 mm color inlay that stands 0.1 mm proud of the surface; the bottom text is a flush inlay in the first three layers, so it comes out clean on a textured plate. Fully solid at this thickness (7 top / 5 bottom shell layers) โ€” no infill to speak of. A 0.4 mm nozzle will probably work, but Courier New at this size has ~0.4 mm strokes, so expect softer text. The 0.2 mm nozzle is what it was designed around. Single-color printers: the text is only one layer tall, so it will be hard to read. Open the text objects in Bambu Studio and raise the text thickness to ~0.3โ€“0.4 mm if you want it to show. Why? FRS/GMRS radios show channel numbers, not frequencies, and every brand programs its extra channels differently. Having the real frequencies in your wallet makes it easy to program a scanner or a Baofeng to the same channel your group's Midlands are using - or to figure out which channel a frequency you're hearing corresponds to. Frequencies are the FCC Part 95 FRS/GMRS allocation (47 CFR 95.563 / 95.1763). Check your local rules: GMRS requires a license in the US. Boost Me
