This is a drying stand to help dry your miniatures while you are painting it utilizes a laptop cooling fan to push air from the bottom and the top to help the paint dry faster. Ill link the fan i designed this around below. it is made in parts so it would print faster and be stronger, you can glue it together or just put it together as needed to save on space.
