I designed a thin, lightweight sliding case so that I can ship TCG or sports cards in a 4x8-inch bubble mailer. It's designed to use as little material as possible and print quickly on demand for orders. Prints typically take less than 40 minutes, depending on the case thickness and print settings. The photos show the 6-card version. Use the customizable file to change the card count and fit for your stack. The largest I've printed and fit in a bubble mailer so far is 22 cards in penny sleeves.
