Its 30 mm outer ring has 24 rounded flutes across the top and outer edge, giving your fingertip purchase all the way around. The center stays stationary while the ring turns. Three simple parts. A rail dock, rotating ring and threaded stationary center. No magnets, metal screws, glue or separate bearings. Your colors. Print parts separately for contrasting colors. The supplied profile uses one PLA filament. Print at a glance X1 Carbon, 0.4 mm nozzle, Bambu PLA Basic, Smooth PEI / High Temp plate. Keep the supplied orientations and 100% scale. Dock upright on its open rail end; ring flutes up; center flat face down with threads up. Support-free includes short bridges in the dock collar and rear rail stops. Inspect for sag and thread quality before assembly. The cover shows the assembled design being worn. The ring-only profile has been physically printed and its finish checked. The complete-set profile uses the same fine settings throughout and has been digitally verified and sliced; the complete plate has not yet been physically tested as one set. CAD views show geometry and illustrative colors. Assembly Cool the parts. Remove the dock brim and loose strands from the rail entry, threads and bearing surfaces. Test the bare dock on WHOOP 5. It should reach the stops without forcing the sides apart. Remove the dock and place the ring over its collar, fluted face up and capture flange underneath. Turn the center backward gently to find the thread start, then screw it into the dock clockwise by hand. Seat gently; do not overtighten. Check that the ring turns freely and cannot lift out, then slide the assembly onto WHOOP. Fit and retention: rail hooks and friction hold the mount. The insertion stops do not lock it against sliding back off. Check retention before wearing. Clear tight areas and check print settings rather than scaling the whole model.
