The little hooks can hold one or two magnets depending on desired strength (if you only use one be sure to put it in the top position). The white hook in the pics has just one 10x2.74mm magnet, and the potholder + the cloth is at the limit of its holding force. The one with 2 magnets scoffs at the mere towel. The are calibrated to a thumb-press fit using PETG, and I used a bit of CA glue for insurance.
