This model is a special one for a Corsair Obsidian Series 750D case with dual Nvidia CMP 170HX GPUs. This will only work if you have the same setup as I do, a Corsair Obsidian Series 750D case and the GPUs are in the slots I use, the forth PCIe slots (in the case) from the top down, and the GPUs are next to each other. This model can be used to modify and match other GPU setups perhaps but I can only guaranty it works with the same setup I use. I used some double-sided tape to help keep the left side in place, and the right side use the PCIe slot screws to lock it in place. Add some more tape to make it really airtight as my pictures show. The model uses a 120mm fan, I have an Phanteks T30 in preformance mode and it works great and is really quiet. The fan tunnel stands out about 3,5cm without a fan.
