A pocket-size Tesla-inspired fidget with four nested contours that ripple around the raised center logo. Hold the outer frame and press the center from either side to move the layers in and out. Prints in place with captive moving layers and an integrated keychain eyelet. No supports, glue, bearings, magnets, or assembly needed. The recessed logo detail and beveled contours give it definition in a single color — no AMS required. The model has been physically printed and the 0.45 mm clearance version shown in the photos was selected for the final release. This is the only fit included. Print settings PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers. 3 walls, 15% gyroid infill, 5 top and 3 bottom layers. No supports and no brim. Print flat, logo up, at 100% scale. Keep every part in its supplied position. Included Bambu Studio profile: X1 Carbon, single color, stock Bambu PLA Matte preset. Approximately 33 minutes and 9.6 g of PLA , according to the supplied profile’s slicer estimate. Actual time and material vary with printer and filament settings. The profile uses the process and filament settings from the successful test print. Size: 48.7 × 55.8 × 6 mm . Keychain eyelet: 4.5 mm . Freeing the layers Let the plate and print cool fully. Gently work neighboring contours back and forth, starting at the outside and moving inward. Avoid pulling the layers apart or prying against the logo tip. Add a small jump ring or chain link through the eyelet. If a layer is stuck, check first-layer squish and extrusion calibration. Avoid horizontal expansion, gap-closing adjustments, or scaling that changes the working fit. This is a smooth-motion fidget, rather than a clicker. Design credit All meshes were constructed independently. The layered motion and keychain format were inspired by Heart Fidget Keychain — Single/Dual Color by Martin . No mesh from that model was used. The center uses the Tesla T symbol outline , with structural backing for printing.
