This is the first iteration of the design and my first Bakugan, but I will be making a version 2 in the future, which will include horns, remodeling of the heads and exterior design, and possibly more. Tips & Info: - No glue is required, but it may help when connecting the feet to the pin - The side heads, sub-wings, and feet all deploy using gravity. No springs are needed for those parts. - Each pin was cut to length - It will take some bending to get the springs into place - 4 springs are used in total. One for each wing, one for the head, and one for the magnet - Use 2 5x3 round magnets stacked on top of each other or 1 5x6 magnet if you have one - When installing the magnet spring, make sure to not make it too strong. It does not take much spring force to keep the clip in place. The weaker the spring is, the stronger the magnet will be. - I have included 2 clip parts. The smaller one can hold a 5x5mm magnet, and the other can hold a 5x6mm magnet or 2 5x3mm magnets stacked on top of each other. Materials: The print in the images was made using black Bambu PLA Matte filament. All springs, magnets, and pins were bought from the Bambu store (https://ca.store.bambulab.com/). You can either order similar length pins, or get larger ones and cut to length: - 2 x 11.25mm pins (for each main wing hinge) - 3 x 20mm pins (one for the neck hinge, one for the side heads, and one that locks the top and bottom halves of the body together. - 2 x 5mm pins (for each sub wing piece) - 1 x 14.5mm pin (for the magnet clip hinge) - 1 x 24mm pin (for the feet) Spring Placements: Installing the springs can be difficult, it's something I will improve upon in the V2. 4 springs are required in total. One for each wing, one for the head, and one for the magnet, the rest just works by gravity. To install the springs, you must hold the parts in place, and pass the pin through. Some of the springs, specifically the magnet spring, may have to be bent or trimmed slightly to get the desired strength. I hope you enjoy!
