This is a compact, incredibly fun, and functional miniature pistol crossbow that turns everyday toothpicks into projectiles with a surprising punch!

The entire model utilizes a compliant mechanism. This means the bow limbs and the trigger function entirely through the natural flexibility of the 3D-printed plastic – absolutely no metal springs, rubber bands, or screws are required. It also features an integrated front-loaded magazine slot that securely holds 3 spare toothpicks, so you always have backup ammo ready.

• Print-in-Place (PiP): No assembly, no supports, and no gluing required. Take it off the build plate, load it, and start shooting.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PETG is highly recommended. It offers excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, ensuring the bow arms won't snap or wear out over time. No PLA!!!

• Infill: 30% to 40% (Gyroid or Grid pattern) to give the grip and mechanical joints proper structural strength.

• Walls / Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls are essential to give the flexing limbs enough thickness to bend safely.

• Supports: None (Designed from the ground up to print completely support-free).
