2-Chamber High-Decibel Whistle

This is a compact, high-performance whistle engineered with four distinct acoustic chambers. It is designed to maximize volume and create an attention-grabbing, multi-tonal sound signature.

I added a mouthpiece and made it mini, only 4mm thick so now it has also only 2 chambers but is slill as loud! (110dB)

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG or ABS/ASA (for superior outdoor durability and UV resistance), though PLA works fine for general use.

• Layer Height: 0.2mm or finer (critical for clean internal sound ramps and crisp edges).

• Infill: 20% to 30% (gyroid or grid for structural rigidity).

• Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls (ensures the airtight seals required between chambers).

• Supports: None required.
