This 3D printable shoe sizer features a two-part sliding design that measures foot length in both EU (left) and US (right) sizing systems. The base unit covers up to EU size 27. For larger feet up to EU size 46, simply print the optional slider extension that locks into the base for expanded range.

The ruler can be used as a friction-fit slide, or made more permanent using two M3x6 countersunk slotted screws and two M3 nuts for a secure, adjustable connection.

Both parts print without supports, though adding supports yields cleaner overhangs. Each part fits within a 175x77x25mm cube, making them compatible with small printers like the PRUSA MINI. PLA filament is recommended for easy printing.

Pre-sliced files are included for convenience. Recommended to make color change at the start of number layers, for extra numbers visibility.

Edit: Added "Shoe_Slider - Extension_Large.stl" for fellas with extra large feet. Sizes up to 50(EU). Please note, that this model does not have guide pins for the bolts, so it may be a bit more tricky to use. The model itself is the same size as the old one.
