Print-in-Place Clothespin

Simple print-in-place clothespin with an integrated spring mechanism.

The model is designed as a one-piece print without assembly. It was created and tested mainly for PETG. PLA is also possible, but the printed spring may not last as long.

Important

Print as a single print-in-place part. No assembly is required.

After printing, snap the clothespin together in the center section so the mechanism locks into its working position.

PETG is recommended for better spring durability and longer life.

PLA can also be used, but the spring part may wear out or crack sooner depending on usage and printer settings.

Recommended print settings

• Material: PETG recommended, PLA possible

• Perimeters: 3

• Layer height: standard settings are sufficient

• Infill: standard settings are sufficient

• Supports: No

• Print orientation: as provided

This is my own version inspired by similar print-in-place clothespin models.

Print-in-place kolíček

Jednoduchý print-in-place kolíček s integrovanou pružinou.

Model je navržený jako jednodílný tisk bez nutnosti montáže. Byl vytvořen a odzkoušen primárně pro PETG. PLA je také možné použít, ale tištěná pružina nemusí mít tak dlouhou životnost.

Důležité

Tiskne se jako jeden print-in-place díl. Není potřeba žádná montáž.

Po vytištění je třeba kolíček ve středové části secvaknout, aby mechanismus zapadl do pracovní polohy.

Pro lepší pružnost a delší životnost pružiny je doporučený PETG.

PLA je také možné použít, ale pružinová část se může při používání opotřebit nebo prasknout dříve, podle způsobu použití a nastavení tiskárny.

• Materiál: doporučeno PETG, PLA je možné

• Výška vrstvy: standardní nastavení stačí

• Výplň: standardní nastavení stačí

• Podpěry: Ne

• Orientace tisku: dle dodaného modelu
