This is a 'Magic Wand' that you can insert a credit card into and magically pay with a touch (Touch To Pay card and terminal required).
It is setup to print flat. You may need to re arrange the parts and possibly print parts individually if you don't have a large printer.
The Wand Body A, Mid, and B will need to be glued together using Plug A and B to align the parts. I strongly suggest dry fitting the Wand Body before using glue. If the parts don't fit flush, try using the short plugs. Note the plugs are optional, and you can also just align the parts by hand. Do NOT glue the Band part, as it must be removed to insert your credit card.
I used superglue, but epoxy might result in a stronger bond and allow more time to align the parts.
Once the glue is dry, insert the card and slip the band over the end then screw in the handle. the end of the handle will hold the card in the wand. (The band stabilizes the threads making the top of the wand less likely to pop off.)
Important! Be sure the glue is dry! You don't want your card to get glued in.
The card should drop out with the handle and band removed, but if it is tight you may need to use tweezers or needle nose pliers to gently pull out the card.
You can use the slicer cut feature to make a shorter handle. Don't resize the handle as the threads will be deformed.
I've included a STEP file for those who wish to modify the model in a cad program (fusion etc.)
I created this model in Fusion 360 from scratch, modifications/remix are very welcome.
