Pimax Dream Air x Apple Vision Pro Dual Knit Band Adapter

How to print: 

  • Print 2x with one mirrored!!! (not necessary with v4)

  • Print laying down flat

  • Print solid

  • Print with build plate supports

Assembly:

  • Remove the 2 screws holding the pimax dream air headstrap bracket on

  • Remove the bracket and slide the adapter in

  • Screw it back together and clip into your headband

Update:

  • Added a V2 version that pulls the avp strap tighter 3/4"  (2.24.2026)

  • Added a V3 version that is tighter by another 1/2"  (2.28.2026)

  • Added a V4 version that is tilted downwards to cup the lower part of your head. (4.2.2026)

    • Added mirror to model removing need for users to mirror. 

  • Added new extended versions for users who need it extra tight (6.8.2026)

    • These versions have a groove for you to add a ziptie 

  • Added step file for easier user remix / modeling

  • Update- removed extended versions due to a collision with the adjustment knob.. will upload something shortly to fix this. 8.25.26

  • Update- added new extended version with sufficient clearance for knob.8.28.26

  • Update - Added a loose tolerance version of extended for users with printing issues 9.3.26

  • Update - Fixed an issue where the screw passthroughs werent extended through the part. 9.13.26
