My rendition of a Willys Jeep 1/20 scale. Finally finished printing and assembly. If you downloaded them early a few parts were updated for printability and to add a little strength to hinge points to survive cleanup and assembly. Also added a hitch. Printed the headlights with clear pla and used a red sharpie on the signal lights.

First build the chassis and drive train here.

Then add the body and accessories you want.

Assembly is straight forward and no real order is important. Body is located on the studs on the frame and glued to it. Hood and Hoodlocks are attached with filament. Take care as parts are somewhat delicate and cleaning up the holes for filament can break. Found this somewhat challenging to print, though part of it was cause by the z-axis alignment on my printer got off halfway through the design.

1) Attach body to frame previously printed, glue horn to firewall.

2) Glue headlights to front of grill.

3) Attach hood to body with piece of filament. (Clip tabs on lower part of hood and clean up the edge before installing. They are there to stabilize the edges during printing)

4) Attach Hoodlocks to fender with a piece of filament.

5) Attach wind screen to body

6) Attach spare tire to back

7) Install Seats and Steering wheel.

8) Glue exhaust to passenger side well

9) Glue fuel tank to driver side well
