Get every last drop of toothpaste out of the tube! The toothpaste squeezer grabs the toothpaste tube between the rollers. Turning the wheel will drive the gears and squeeze the toothpaste tube.
Assembles without tools with a snap fit to retain the parts. Can be disassembled for cleaning.
I recommend using the regular model. Close fit model added to place rollers closer together but does not work as well for me.
Updated version V3.1 model with the following changes:
Knurled option has deeper grooves to grip better
Overall adjusted tolerances to fit more toothpaste thicknesses
Updated gears for smoother turning
Larger twist handle
Added a second set of Knurled rollers that are .6 mm looser. They will fit into the same housing
No supports needed. Ensure that the smooth part of the rollers at either end is free of defects for easy turning.
Leave a comment on how it fits your toothpaste and I can publish models with looser or tighter fits.
I recommend the v.3.1 knurled for easy printing. For precision printers try the v3.1 spline model. the spline model draws the toothpaste between clocked roller gears to prevent toothpaste from rolling back. If rollers are difficult to spin ensure the surfaces of the smooth parts of the cylinders are free of defects.
