Print as is, no supports and layer-height .15mm (the lower, the better, as it results in more stable overhangs. More than .3mm and model will not slice correctly), 100% infill. Also you might need to slow down your speed as this model contains a lot of very thin walls.
After printing, add a small line through the top hole and pull on it (rather hard), to separate bottom and top mechanic from each other, and VOILA! - Christmas ornament is done. It inflates on its own weight and can simply be layed down to deflate.
Can be sprayed or printed in effect-filament for more beautiful results than my matte blue petg :D
Available in multiple sizes, and shapes, the picture shows the small 8-pointed shape.

Thanks to some feedback, I figured the model might not always be as easily separable as I thought, so I improved the models quite a bit and replaced them, so give it a try and let me know how it worked out! :)

(I kept the small_star_8_old in case you want tor see if the older model works better for your setup, it worked very well for me, so..)
