Very strong hinge with precise movement
Four sizes availableĀ
- - the width of the hinges is 68mm,
- Ā the height is 22mm, 42mm, 62mm, 82mm.
- Ā the thickness of the arm is 5mm.
- Ā for screws with a diameter of 4mm, head width of 9mm, hole chamfer 45 degrees
- Ā The tolerance of the parts is 0.25mm,Ā
- Ā I was surprised how smoothly and precisely the hinge move
- After the weight test I would say that it is a very strong hinge .
- And it is printed from PLA-2perimeters and 15% infill.
- The dumbbell weighed 12.5kg - 4x2kg+4x1kg+0.5kg barĀ
- The test passed without any problems and no sign of deformation.
- Ā For safe use at home I recommend printing with 3 perimeters and more infill, or use a certified hinge
