Pirate Bone Musket – Halloween Cosplay Prop
This prop is designed in the style of a pirate musket made from bone. Perfect for Halloween cosplay, LARP, photoshoots, or pirate-themed decoration.
The model is split into parts optimized for 3D printing and easy assembly after printing.

Printer: FDM/FFF
Material: PLA / PLA+ (easy to post-process and paint)
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 15–20% (saves filament while keeping it strong enough)
Walls: 3 perimeters
Supports: recommended (especially for the hammer and detailed parts)
Orientation: print in separate parts (barrel horizontally, handle separately)
Post-processing: sanding + acrylic or airbrush painting to achieve aged bone and metal effect
