Adapter to fit bikes to a Thule EP 915 with wider tires

It perfectly fits into the profile of the Thule EP 915. For mounting there are 4 holes to screw M4 screws into the frame of the Thule. One is where the rivet sits - I left it there.

thule915_1240:
Specifically designed for my Cube AMS Hybrid one44 size L with 1240mm wheelbase and 2,4 tires

if you need another dimension leave me a message.
To custom fit I need the wheelbase, tire diameter and tire width.

thule915_universal:
standard adapter for broader wheels. The number equals the inner widths. Choose accordingly to your tires.

what else do you need:

M4 screws

I drilled only the outer two holes to mount the adapter to the Thule EP915.

longer straps to hold the rims. I decided to use the stock straps but made adapter plates out of aluminium. Just get some flat head screws for the ratchet.

V2: Switched to the Thule 985000 extra long straps. According to Thule they are not compatible, but the indeed are. Fit perfectly, are quite long actually.

Printing:

One Face on the printbed. See last picture as reference. Depending on printer size, cut the bottom part.
PETG could work, I advice to use ABS or better ASA
For those kind of parts I add an extra alternatig wall, 3 walls and infill 25%. 5 top/bottom layers to give the holes more stability.
