After printing, both parts might be stuck together a bit. Separate them by gently pushing your nails between the inner and outer spirals. Squeeze the spiral in your hands while twisting to loosen both parts. If you still have troubles separating the spiral, try using the separator tool.
No supports are needed for printing.
