Designed Without AI, This Model is Free

My longest time spent on a model so far, I was tempted to put a price tag on it. The testing process alone took a whole spool of filament! why does nobody tell you these things?

I am well aware that there are other successful 3D-printable putters, but none of them fit my need for a putter with minimal cost, as they required outside materials. So I got to work and designed this with cost specifically in mind, and used common US coins to weight the putter.

Materials

Coins (3 quarters, 6 pennies)
Golf Club Shaft
Superglue/Epoxy

That's it! You can purchase a new shaft at your local fitter, sacrifice an old club, or purchase a secondhand club. I sacrificed a Knight Up and Down 60 degree wedge. The process works generally the same on any club, unless the shaft is pinned. When buying secondhand, be sure the shaft is held in by only epoxy. When removing a shaft, you need to heat the hosel to about 250 degrees Fahrenheit, or 121 degrees Celsius. It is recommended you use a heat gun (be careful).

Features

The coins are held in by a simple bayonet-mount cap. They can be easily removed by a tee.

The caps can be twisted by another coin, or just your fingers.

Print Settings (The big one)

I printed this in XT-CF20, a high density carbon fiber filament, so I had to tweak my A1 Mini's settings quite a lot. However, this design was tested and performed well in regular PETG. If you go down the road of XT-CF20 or a similar filament, it's important to note, that along with a hardened steel nozzle, you will need archaically slow print speeds. Nothing higher than 60 mm/s.
