These couplings or connectors are used to join two corrugated pipe sections that are used in electrical installations. Model files are available for the common pipe sizes DN20, DN25 and DN32.

I experimented a little and created two variants. One variant with the ending “align_protrusions” consists of two identical half shells that are plugged together and held together permanently with a central zip tie.

The other variant consists of two different half-shells. One with the ending “clips” has, as the name suggests, latching elements or locking lugs and the counterpart with the ending “clip_locks” has the corresponding hooks. A zip tie can also be attached in the middle of this variant for a more secure connection if desired.

What both variants have in common is that they have a raised section in the middle, where the corrugated conduits meet, so that the cables to be pulled in can pass more easily from one conduit section to the other. The model files can be printed without any support.

Für die Zusammenführung von zwei Wellrohrabschnitten, die in der Elekroinstallation Verwendung finden, dienen diese Muffen bzw. Verbinder. Für die gängigen Rohrgrößen DN20, DN25 und DN32 stehen Modelldateien zur Verfügung.

Ich habe ein wenig experimentiert und zwei Varianten erstellt. Die eine Variante mit der Endung "align_protrusions" besteht aus zwei identischen Halbschalen, die zusammengesteckt und mit einem zentralen Kabelbindern dauerhaft zusammengehalten werden.

Die andere Variante besteht aus zwei unterschiedlichen Halbschalen. Die eine mit der Endung "clips" besitzt, wie der Name schon andeutet Rastelemente bzw. Verriegelungsnasen und das GegenstĂĽck mit der Endung "clip_locks" die entsprechenden Haken. Auch bei dieser Variante kann in der Mitte ein Kabelbinder fĂĽr eine festere Verbindung angebracht werden, falls gewĂĽnscht.

Beide Varianten haben gemeinsam, dass sie in der Mitte, wo die Wellrohre zusammentreffen, eine Erhöhung haben, damit die einzuziehenden Kabel leichter von einem Rohrabschnitt in den anderen gelangen können. Die Modelldateien können ohne Support gedruckt werden.
