I really liked the original model. Thanks FreddyZ! I started just wanting to make it easier to print, but feature creep got to me. But the result is good, and it was a good chance for me to learn assemblies. 

Still use G2 cartridge like the original.

5/11: Added split file. For slicers that can't split stl to different objects

12/21: Come back to make some as christmas gifts. Damn, so meticulously designed. Did I really make this? Added some QOL changes: Beefed up the supports so it's easier to print in matte/silk PLA. Rounded the stock plate connector. A square hole on top of such a tall and thin print fails too easily. Added two small holes on the bullet, so pliers can hold on to it while it's being painted. The furniture is supposed to be printed in different color, and is now in a separate file. Also Im releasing step. Anyway marry christmas!

Printing:

The uploaded stl is how the pen should look put together. Just split it into object with the slicer and auto orientate. It should end up looking like the 3mf file.

I recommend printing the furniture, bullet, and the rest in 3 different colors.

Assemble in this order

The small bullet replaces the cartridge plug. Not really part of the assembly here but I included it to show where it should end up

The unlabeled parts don't care about assembling order

The trigger (4) lock the barrel (2)  and bolt (1) in place. So put the barrel almost all the way in at step 2. You can see the hole on the barrel and furniture line up (diagrams below). Then step 4 after putting the trigger in, push the barrel all the way in to lock everything in place.

Making this took like a solid 2 weeks. Please post a make if you can. If people like this I'll steal another G2 pen from work and print a new one to take more photos/videos for instruction.
