Sako style handguard airsoft ar-15. The one that is about/is introduced to service in Finnish(13" long) and Swedish(9.5" long) armies.

Collar/gas block is optional, in case you want to use barrel to get more stiffness. 19.1mm is diameter of barrel, it is meant to be used with Cyma cm097 barrel. In case you have different barrel, use step, or 3mf file to cut proper size hole. Cylinder in Collar Cut is 10mm wide, scale it accordingly.
Needed Hardware:
1x HAO mk16 barrel nut https://www.haoptwart.com/product-page/hao-mk16-barrel-nut, you can also use printed barrel nut.
2x M5*25mm hex screw
2x M5 lock washers

2x M4 headless screws for the collar/gasblock
Print upright or at angle, back side towards the bed.
