A collection of skeletons for DND and other TTRPGs.
Since these are skeletons with pretty thin limbs I had to thicken them up a lot. I was hoping these would be quick but I did a lot of sculpting on these as well to emphasize the bones. I also fell into a rabbit hole with armatures and Auto-Rig Pro posing them. Also on optimization I usually aim for 20mb STL files but a few of these I got a bit too carried away with dynamic topology remesh and reduced the vertices a ton so there are some small ones here.
Models in this collection:
- Skeleton Fighter x 2 - Fighter 1 has a harpoon-like spear, Fighter 2 has my standard spear in a lunge pose, this was one of the first models that I tried doing with Auto-Rig Pro and I really like it
- Skeleton Gunslinger / Artificer - This character was either re-animated by an artificer necromancer or was a crafty artificer that escaped death by uploading their consciousness into a magic item that they crafted - be careful for printing on FDM as there are lots of guns to remove, I had to glue a lot back for this character.. This is the only skeleton with a hollow chest cavity
- Skeleton Druid - Reminiscent of the zombie druids I had created, weird antlers and a staff, can transform into skeletal animals of any kind
- Skeleton Cultist - This one is a bit haunting with claw-like hands over her empty womb, 10/10 would not like to meet her in a dark abandoned hospital. For FDM be mindful of supports on her hands as they are fragile
- Skeleton Thief - Tried stealing from a wizard now re-animated guarding the wizard's vault. The axe head is pretty fragile so be mindful when removing supports.
- Skeleton Wizard - Gandalf esque skeletal wizard with a staff and sword, this is a dark timeline of Lord of the Rings
- Skeleton Cleric - The staff seems like a spear but it's a holy staff of some kind the robes on this one were an interesting way to support the model
This is it for skeletons for me for a while but there are 12 more in the backlog and probably as many Liches (which maybe I'll put in their own collection or this one tbd).
