only normal size can mount 120mm fan
if you put switch wider than standard 10 inch (around 220mm) switch will place deeper than 20mm, you need to put screw in 120mm fan hole to lock switch in place
120mm fan screw or M4 longer than 6mm is ok (i print M4 screw to use)

Small Size

small size long 130mm
i never print this size but i think 3 wall, 20-25% infill might be ok

Normal Size

normal size long 160mm
my bed size is smaller than model so i print vertical 45 degree
i print both model with ESUN PLA+ on default slicer setting 2 wall, 15% infill
