This 3D-printed mount is designed for Dell OptiPlex Micro PCs with the following dimensions:

• Depth: 178 mm

• Height: 182 mm

• Width: 36 mm

This should cover most, if not all, of the OptiPlex Micro Models.
I designed & tested it on a 7000 series model.

The mount allows you to securely attach your OptiPlex under your desk (or anywhere you want) with 4 countersunk head screws, saving space and keeping your setup tidy.

Features:

• Endstop & Clip Mechanism: The built-in endstop and clip securely lock the OptiPlex in place, preventing it from falling out.

• Two Versions Available:

  1. Standard Version: Sturdy and robust for maximum security.

  2. Version with bigger Cutout: Saves a bit of filament but requires multiple support blockers in your slicer.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: PLA, PETG.

• Supports: Enable supports for the clip (see attached screenshots for guidance).

• Infill: 15-20% is typically sufficient.

• Perimeters: I like to print with 3, 2 should also be fine.

Added versions without the 'island' on the screw holes to allow flat printing. Thanks to @saporra_209519 for pointing this out.
