If you want support-less printing you can use two files below

Gluing them after printing
Those two are quite big models with 100% size they might not fit on some printers with smaller build surface

You can print one of each to have kunai with seal (writing) only on one side
If you don't want seal you can print 2.2 Kunai Half Without Seal.3mf twice

3.0 Blade & Handle

This version has a seamless joint with a tolerance of 0.1mm
You can download Blade 0.05mm.3mf if you prefer 0.05mm tolerance same for 0.15mm and 0.2mm

There are two versions of the handle ( with & without seal )
Handle is optimized to be printed vertically ( ring part at the top )
Keep in mind seal might not be best on some printers if printed vertically ( check 3.3.1 & 3.3.2 below if you want to avoid this )

Because of the seal it would be best to print those parts as on images below gluing two halfs afterward
