Printed the original sleeve and made the rookie mistake of not paying attention/checking measurements. I quickly realized the original was intended for a mini-Bic lighter. I really liked the design, and I rarely use minis, so I remixed the file to fit my needs. If you want the same sleeve for the mini check out the original.

I printed in PLA, 3 walls, 25% rectilinear infill for bomb-proof strength for a bushcraft lighter case. These settings make a really snug friction fit for the lighter. You will need a stick, small dowel or tool to push an empty lighter out of the case.
