1mm or 1.4mm thickness
Print with 6 walls (part should be solid, 100% infill)
Use IRONING feature in slicer to smooth out the top surface for better aesthetics.
Use stiffer materials such as PLA, PLA-CF.Â
ABS or PETG are more flexible which is bad for printed lock picks.
