Extracted from Tarkov and made into a 3d printable model for cosplay or whatever.

Not sure what scale it needs to be as everyone's head is different. At 100% scale it fit me fine with the foam where shown in the pictures, but I also added some in the corners of the cheeks.

Print Settings I used for PLA+: 0.16mm layer height, 10% infill, 2 walls, brim enabled, tree supports touching buildplate only

I don't know the best print orientation, I printed it vertically upright and upside down. Upright seemed to have worked best. The strap holes didn't print properly upside down, but upright they seem solid. No noticeable differences between the two other than the strap holes.
