I designed this surfboard in Fusion 360, inspired by the Channel Islands Pod Mod. Included are individual files for small printers, or a complete file for larger printers. 

It's perfect for a wall display or as a functional surfboard after fiberglassing. Designed for Futures finboxes, it includes cutouts for a leash plug and vent plug. Glassing the surfboard is challenging for beginners, but consider using tissue paper and lacquer for a basic structure before applying fiberglass."

Dimensions are: 5'2" x 20.75" x 2.5", Volume 31 L

Included are source files if you want to modify it. The zip file has all the print files for both the left and right sides of the surfboard. Technically you could just mirror one side but I included both sides because it's easier to organize for printing.

I used Polymaker lightweight PLA. Took 2.7 kg of filament.

To print each piece, I reoriented them so the bottom is parallel to the build plate to minimized the amount of support material needed and support was only turned on for what was touching the build plate.

I used Weld-on 16 to glue the model together but CA or epoxy would work too. Large paper clips were used as clamps but clothes pins would work too.

Print settings: 2 Perimeters, 15% infill, Adaptive Cubic infill gave the lightest prints.
