Cortador de botellas

Cortador de botellas de plástico PET para cortar tiras de botella fácilmente y poder imprimirlas con nuestra impresora 3D.

Este modelo es un remix del modelo Simple PET Bottle Cutter de @mirabetek (https:// www.printables.com/es/model/279374-simple-pet-bottle-cutter/files) que hemos mejorado según hemos necesitado en Control 3D: Hemos añadido 2 monedas de 5 céntimos de euro para evitar que la fricción del plástico vaya desgastando el cortador. También hemos hecho la base más larga para poder sujetar el cortador a una mesa con sargentos de carpintería de forma sencilla.

1. Lista de materiales (BOM)

- 2 Monedas de 0,05€

- 2 Tornillos M8x70

- Varilla roscada M8

- 4 tuercas M8

- Cianoacrilato

2. Montaje

1. Poner cianoacrilato en los alojamientos de las monedas

2. Colocar las monedas en su alojamiento

3. Enroscar una tuerca en la varilla roscada

4. Enroscar varilla en el soporte

5. Insertar tuerca en su alojamiento

6. Insertar tornillos en su posición

7. Colocar separadores calibrados

8. Colocar cuchilla

9. Colocar separadores de apriete

10. Colocar tuercas superiores de fijación

11. Ya podemos fijarla a la mesa

12. Listo para cortar
