Airbus hanger for Bose Proflight with Bluetooth control module holder

This is remixed from Stefan's holder for the ProFlight 2 to fit over the headset clip in the Airbus A320 series (possibly other Airbus models that share this clip?).   This version also adds a headset hanger.

Print upright (with the cable cutout on the build plate) and supports on the build plate only. 

I tried to print this upside down to avoid supports for the clip sleeve but kept failing as the build plate contact area was insufficient.  Do as Stefan recommends and print it with the cable cutout on the build plate.
