Kikoku from One Piece wielded by Trafalgar Law.
Wanted to push my limit a bit with this one.

The handle has room for a wooden rod of 15mm diameter and 348mm long.
Blade now use one long rod of about 1220mm long, still 5mm diameter.
(The blade features space for 5mm diameter metal rods. I used aluminium.

5x 130mm long
It did have enough strength to be held flat, but it felt like it was going to snap…
Holding it with the edge up or down was no issue.
Unfortunately I dropped it and it snapped, so i shortened it by 2 parts and it was much more manageable.)
The whole thing has an overlaying tolerance of 0.1mm between some parts. Like between the habaki and sheath wall there's only 0.1mm so you might need to sand a bit depending on your printer.
To get the effect on the guard i used “fuzzy skin” in the slicer and i think it worked out better than me trying to make the effect in fusion.
Overall length is about 169cm (nice) and the “original” blade is about 130cm with tang.
I'll also include the sheath With and without Divets (WD) if one would want to paint the crosses instead of gluing them on. Seeing it assembled, I might have preferred it painted since I have that option. Also added pre-supported parts for an easy slice and print.
Printed on an ender 3v2
About 160h @50mm/s with 0.2mm layer height.
