I really liked nobodyinperson's idea..
I didn't like that the notches were visible and decided to make my own remix.
CONCEPT
The concept is as follows (for those who are seeing this for the first time):
The insert is slotted in 6 places making it flexible.
In addition, the thread is tilted to ensure easy insertion into the wall.
Once it is inserted a screw is wound which opens the insert and stabilizes it very firmly. In one way it is easy to insert and remove, in the screwed position it cannot be removed.
INSERTS
Various inserts and connectors are available.
If for some reason you need another configuration, point it out in the comments and I'll make it.
SCREWS
Also, I made the screws flush with the insert and screwed in with a hex key. There are varieties for 6, 8 and 10 mm. The last one (10 mm) can be used for mounting accessories, similar to the original version, which is however 13 mm.

I made the screws to incorporate M3, M3,5, M4, M5 and M6 nuts.

WALL MOUNTING
For wall mounting there are 3 options.
The first one is a very simple insert through which it is directly attached to the wall. I have also made a cap to it so that the screw of the dowel is not visible.
The second option has a screw through which it is caught in the wall. A single insert or random connector is used. Again, there is a cap for it so that the dowel screw is not visible.
The third option has an offset from the wall for routing cables (similar to the Multiboard installation).
The screw I made offsets the wall by 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 & 38 mm.
The diagram is as follows:
It should be taken into account that the screw head for the dowel should not be larger than 10 mm.
Again, a single insert or random connector is used. The cap is the same as above.
OTHERS
For convenience I have also made a drill template for drilling into the wall for 6, 8 and 10 mm drills.
For directional control, I have placed markers on the back side so they are not visible once installed. I also didn't like this in the original version, that you can see some triangles. In the end this only needed to be controlled once, when screwing in.
I have also made hex key markers for 6, 8 and 10 mm.
SOURCE
Since I didn't have the original file, I made the thread from scratch. I used the definition nobodyinperson gave, but unfortunately they are incompatible.
I'm uploading the threads in DWG format (solids) if anyone needs them.
If anyone needs extra parts, I will do.
