This phone mount should fit all kinds of phones and most monitors. The mounting carriage can be adjusted to fit the backside of your monitor and to tilt the phone to your liking. Can be used on small-bezeled monitors.
You can print the whole set to get started. Just clip it all together like in the pictures (it is self-explanatory, really) and get going. The whole print took 40 minutes on my MINI and it is assembled and ready to go in a minute.
I also included a different version of the main body that better supports phones with a centered camera. Depending on the field of view of the camera, the front-facing mounting brackets could show up in the frame, so this other version places the phone a bit higher.
