This is a flexible phone case for the Apple iPhone 15 Pro. It optionally supports the addition of an adhesive metal MagSafe ring in the back pocket, and has a separately printed inlay ring for lens protection.
The main case is meant to be printed in flexible TPU (I had great results with Polymaker Polyflex 90A). The lens protection ring works great in PLA.
The model is publicly available in OnShape (you can also create a free account to modify) with several more configuration options (no hexagon back, or no MagSafe pocket) available for export, or for modifications.
I made a similar model for the iPhone 13 Mini.
Print instructions
- Print the case with a bit of support (for the frame overhang in the front, and the port holes)
- Print the lens protection ring very slowly, bottom side down on the plate
- Use classic slicer, I had some issues with Arachne
- Disable “only one wall on top surfaces” for a nicer top edge
