The M4 screws (which includes a nut) were CADed with the intent of being able to use them in low-stress situations. The screws should be similar to the goBILDA M4 screws, which you can use interchangeably with these 3D-printed screws, as shown in a picture above.

Print Instructions:

I printed the screws on a Prusa MK3S+, which had a 0.25mm nozzle, using PLA. I used 100% rectangle infill, random seam position, a layer height of 0.1mm, and two perimeters. The print speed was 10-40mm/s.

I have also tested printing the M4 screw using a 0.4mm nozzle. It works just as well as the 0.25mm nozzle.

Depending on the type of 3D printer you have, the printed parts might not work as advertised. But don't let that stop you from trying. If the M4 screws do not properly work, please let me know by leaving a comment. Happy Printing!
