*EDIT Some people ding the design to not fit exacly from what i found out not all 40x40/80x80 frames are exacly those dimensions i based the design on a Simlab frame.
I took over my sim rig from a friend, but it was missing a few end caps for the racing rig. Instead of ordering some online, I decided to design my own. They now fit on a rig using 40x40, 40x80, and 40x120 mm aluminum profiles. You can easily snap them on, and they stay securely in place. Of course, you can also remove them but do so carefully.
I intentionally made the caps slightly thinner to save material and reduce printing time.
