What's this?

As seen in my FormD T1 v2.1 video, this anti-sag bracket secures the 4080 or 4090 Founders Edition stock air cooler and eliminates sag.

Configurations supported:

• 3 slot
• 3.25 slot
• 3.25/3 slot (top strut in 3.25 slot + 5mm standoffs on riser)
• Riser height mod supported by swapping the GPU Mount with the “high” variant

The 3D printing version requires one M3 threaded brass insert.

CNC files are also available.

Note that your exact tolerances may differ from mine, so be careful if you decide to use this for yourself and double-check everything

BOM:

• 3x M3x5 countersunk bolts*
• 1x M3x8 countersunk bolts*
• 1x M3x5x4 (5mm OD)  threaded brass insert - aliexpress
  * use the spare ones in your T1 kit

Installation

T1 top strut, motherboard and PSU should be removed when installing a 4080/4090 FE GPU.

1. Attach the GPU Mount to the GPU with two M3x5 countersunk bolts.
2. Install the GPU in the case
3. Slide in the Bracket, hooking it onto the GPU Mount peg
4. Secure the Bracket to the front panel using the appropriate hole depending on your configuration
5. Finally, use the M3x8 bolt to secure the Bracket to the GPU Mount.

CNC manufacturing & notes

• The GPU Bracket part requires thread tapping. Check the included .PDF technical drawing and provide it to your machining service.
• Do not overtighten screws when attaching the GPU Bracket to the GPU
• I manufactured my CNC bracket at JLCPCB (see photos). Post processed with standard bead blasting and anodizing in black.
