Technical information for all model files:
- Nozzle size: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.2 mm (Quality)
- For more durability, add :
- 7 perimeters to plates
- 5 perimeters to the knob
- 100% infill to blockers
- 15% Infill to knob and plates
- For blockers, scale the Y axis to widen or shrink it, depending on your printer tolerance
- For Knobs' better grip texture, we recommend you to use the following parameters in the prusa slicer (see picture below) :
- Joint position : random
- Fuzzy skin on outer surface : thickness 0.1mm and distance point 0.1mm
- Materials recommended: PLA.
- Printer used for prototyping: Prusa MK4
- Type of bed used for prototyping: smooth.
- All printers have different tolerances, we aimed to make a set of files that works on the maximum number of printers, but your mileage may vary.
Miscellaneous
- Accessories only compatible with The TH8S shifter.
- Blockers does only fit with TH8S original plate, not 3D printed ones.
